Credential disclosure via unsanitized Git origin URL
Published Jan 24, 2025 · Updated Jan 24, 2025
Information disclosure in Health Level Seven International FHIR IG Publisher before 1.8.9 allows local users to publish repository credentials. In CI builds, Publisher.generateDataFile writes the complete Git origin URL into generated JSON and database metadata without removing embedded credentials. Exposure requires a credential-bearing origin URL; credential-free public clones and auto-ig-build are unaffected.
