Secret disclosure via environment logging in debug artifacts

Information disclosure in GitHub CodeQL Action allows remote authenticated users to read workflow secrets from failed-run debug artifacts. The bundled Kotlin extractor writes every environment variable, including GITHUB_TOKEN, into an intermediate database file that the action uploads when debug mode is enabled and database finalization fails. Exposure requires Java/Kotlin scanning of a repository with Kotlin source, debug artifacts, a pre-finalization failure, and repository read access; token use is limited to the interval before job completion on eligible cloud runs.
