Local service reads via incomplete loopback filtering

SSRF in imgproxy before 3.27.2 allows remote attackers to read local service responses through a source URL using 0.0.0.0. VerifySourceNetwork relies on net.IP.IsLoopback, which excludes the unspecified 0.0.0.0 address from its denied loopback set. Reachability requires an image request path that accepts the crafted source URL; successful exploitation makes the server retrieve otherwise local responses.
