CVE-2025-24348Network attack vector

Wireless configuration manipulation via malformed HTTP request

Published Apr 30, 2025 · Updated Apr 30, 2025

Improper input validation in Bosch Rexroth AG ctrlX OS Device Admin allows remote authenticated users to alter wireless configuration. The Network Interfaces handler accepts a crafted HTTP request as syntactically valid and writes attacker-controlled values into the wireless network configuration file. A logged-in low-privileged account with permission to use the affected functionality is required, and successful exploitation compromises configuration integrity and can interrupt wireless availability.
