Denial of service in Nokia Single RAN before 24R1-SR 2.1 MP allows remote authenticated users to exhaust OAM service resources. The baseband OAM service insufficiently validates malformed SOAP messages before processing them, allowing crafted requests to consume service resources. Exploitation requires high privileges and access from within an operator's internal RAN management network; Nokia reports no practical exploit.
