Privilege escalation in Nokia Single RAN before 24R1-SR 0.2 MP allows local users to gain root access through the baseband OAM service. The OAM service starts as root and retains excessive capabilities after dropping privileges, enabling access to or modification of root-owned files. Exploitation requires an authenticated base-station administrative user inside the MNO RAN management network; no external path is reported.
