Stack-based buffer overflow in Nokia Single RAN before 24R1-SR 1.0 MP allows remote authenticated users to restart the OAM service. The NE3S OAM Ne3sadapter component accepts a malformed primaryDocument parameter in a SOAP set operation and then overflows its stack. Reachability requires high privileges within the MNO internal RAN management network; exploitation restarts only that component, which recovers automatically without base-station or network-service disruption.
