Service stoppage via unthrottled packet processing

Resource exhaustion in all JTEKT ViewJet C-more and GC-A2 HMI versions allows remote attackers to stop services with crafted packets. The FTP, web, and remote-access services on ViewJet C-more and the Modbus TCP Slave service on GC-A2 allocate resources without limits or throttling while processing packets sent to specific ports. No authentication or user interaction is required, and recovery from a stopped service requires restarting the HMI.
