Incorrect authorization in Apple iOS and iPadOS allows physically proximate attackers to disable USB Restricted Mode on locked devices. The profiled settings service accepts a change to FeatureUSBRestrictedModeAllowed without first rejecting the locked-device state. Physical access and an accessory trigger are required; disabling the control permits USB data connections that should remain blocked.
