Authentication bypass via publicly logged session PIN

Sensitive-data logging in Apple Passwords before macOS 15.3 and Safari 18.3 allows local users to bypass browser-extension authentication. PasswordManagerBrowserExtensionHelper marks a newly generated pairing PIN as public in os_log and does not verify that its caller is a legitimate browser. Administrator log access permits session establishment and disclosure of stored usernames for queried sites, but password retrieval still requires separate authentication.
