Information disclosure in CoreRoutine in Apple macOS and iPadOS allows local apps to determine a user's current location. Apple states only that improved checks corrected the issue and has not disclosed the affected API or the specific validation failure. Execution of an app on an affected device is required, and the reported consequence is limited to disclosure of the user's current location.
