Ciphertext integrity bypass via skipped GCM tag check

Improper AES-GCM authentication in Deno 1.46.0 through 2.1.6 allows attackers to accept tampered ciphertext as valid data. The Node.js compatibility Decipheriv.final() path discarded its crypto context before invoking the finalization operation that verifies the authentication tag, and the same omission made set_aad checks ineffective. Any application that relies on Deno's AES-128-GCM or AES-256-GCM decryption can silently process modified ciphertext or data protected with an incorrect key.
