Malformed HTTP requests via unchecked header fields

Header validation failure in CodeIgniter 4 before 4.5.8 allows remote attackers to generate malformed HTTP requests. The Header constructor and its name and value mutators accept prohibited characters without RFC 7230 validation, allowing control characters into serialized header fields. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled fields to Header; resulting requests can trigger errors or cause a remote web application firewall to block later application traffic.
