Stored XSS via forged settings update
Published Jan 21, 2025 · Updated May 12, 2026
Stored XSS in Estatebud – Properties & Listings 5.5.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through forged requests. An unspecified settings-update function lacks correct nonce validation and stores attacker-supplied script content for later page rendering. Exploitation requires an administrator to act on the forged request, after which the stored script executes when affected content is viewed.
