Script injection via unneutralized admin email
Published Mar 17, 2025 · Updated Mar 17, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in HMPV Testing Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through the admin email field. The profile.php handler processes the email argument for Admin Profile Page output without neutralizing it for HTML generation. Exploitation requires authenticated profile access and later browser rendering of the crafted value, allowing script execution in the rendering user’s page context.
