CVE-2025-23660Network attack vector

Stored script execution via forged requests

Published Jan 16, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026

Cross-site request forgery in Walter Cerrudo MFPlugin 1.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to plant stored script content. The public CNA record and its sole Patchstack reference do not identify the request handler, writable field, or missing validation that accepts attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires a logged-in WordPress user to submit a forged request and later causes script execution in a visitor's browser under the affected site's origin.
