Unauthenticated database access via mobnum SQL injection

SQL injection in Pre-School Enrollment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter database queries using the mobnum parameter. The administrative contact-page handler sends attacker-controlled mobnum input into SQL processing without neutralizing SQL syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests can read or modify application data within the database account's privileges.
