Reflected XSS via unescaped request input
Published Mar 3, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Reflected XSS in Maniac SEO 2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts in a user's browser through a crafted request. Public records identify insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, but disclose no affected parameter, route, file, or function. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a user to follow a malicious link, allowing script execution in that user's WordPress session.
