Unauthenticated script execution via unescaped request input
Published Mar 26, 2025 · Updated May 11, 2026
Reflected XSS in Site Editor Team Site Editor Google Map 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts through a crafted request. The plugin insufficiently sanitizes request input and escapes it when generating a page, but public sources do not disclose the affected parameter, route, or function. Exploitation requires a user to follow an attacker-controlled link, after which the script runs in the affected site's browser context with that user's session privileges.
