Device crash via negative TCP MSS value

Out-of-bounds read in Cente TCP/IP Network Series products allows remote attackers to crash embedded devices with a crafted TCP packet. An invalid TCP MSS option can make the parsed MSS value negative, and later TCP transmission to that peer accesses an invalid memory address. No authentication or user action is required; affected releases are Cente TCP/IPv4 1.51 and earlier, Cente IPv6 1.60 and earlier, and the SNMPv2 and SNMPv3 products 2.30 and earlier.
