Authenticated service interruption via unchecked suspend handlers

Improper access control in WildFly Core allows remote authenticated users to suspend or resume a standalone server. The ServerSuspendHandler and ServerResumeHandler execute methods omit authorization checks before carrying out the requested management operation. Exploitation requires RBAC access control, standalone mode, and a Monitor or Auditor account; suspension stops the server from accepting user requests.
