Arbitrary code execution via faulty certificate validation

Improper certificate validation in Siemens TIA Administrator before 3.0.6 allows local users to execute code during installations. The installation trust check accepts code whose signing certificate has not been properly validated, allowing untrusted code to pass. Local access is required; successful exploitation changes installed code, while Siemens reports no confidentiality or availability impact.
