CVE-2025-23360

Code execution via unconstrained relative-path file write

Published Mar 11, 2025 · Updated Mar 11, 2025

Relative path traversal in NVIDIA NeMo Framework before 24.12 allows local users to execute code and tamper with data via a crafted file path. The framework accepts an attacker-influenced relative path for an arbitrary file write without confining the resolved destination, but NVIDIA has not identified the affected function or file operation. Exploitation requires local access and user interaction; the write can alter files accessible to the running process, leading to code execution or data tampering.
