Container escape via CUDA compat symlink race

TOCTOU in NVIDIA Container Toolkit 1.17.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to expose host files through a crafted container image. CUDA compatibility path handling checks mount sources, then follows attacker-replaceable symbolic links through shared volumes when mounting container files into library directories. Exploitation requires a non-CDI workload and a container-start race; GPU Operator through 24.9.1 inherits the flaw, enabling read-only host access and container escape.
