Denial of service via symbol-table index misvalidation

Out-of-bounds write in nvdisasm in NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit before 13.0 allows local users to crash the tool with a malicious ELF file. The symbol-table parser derives an unchecked index from ELF st_value and st_size fields, then writes a file-controlled pointer eight bytes past a 0xa0-byte heap buffer. A user must run nvdisasm on the crafted file; NVIDIA limits the reported consequence to denial of service despite Talos identifying code-execution potential.
