Service interruption via double-free on stream cancellation
Published Aug 6, 2025 · Updated Aug 6, 2025
Double-free in NVIDIA Triton Inference Server before 25.06 allows remote attackers to interrupt inference via concurrent stream requests. The stream-cancellation path frees the same allocation twice when multiple requests are pending and a stream is cancelled before processing. No authentication or user interaction is required; exploitation interrupts inference availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
