Code execution via REL section out-of-bounds writes

Heap-based buffer overflow in nvdisasm in NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit before 13.0 allows attackers to execute code via a malicious ELF file. The REL section-header parser writes 8-byte values past a heap allocation while processing attacker-controlled relocation data. Exploitation requires a user to run nvdisasm on the file, and resulting code executes with that user's privileges.
