Elevated code execution via unescaped pipe URLs

OS command injection in NVIDIA WebDataset without commit 9e95f50 allows local users to execute arbitrary code with elevated permissions. The gopen_pipe function passes the unescaped command portion of a pipe URL to a subprocess with shell execution enabled. Low-privilege local access is sufficient, and commands run in the consuming process context, exposing its data and privileges and permitting denial of service.
