RCP reset via uncleared SPI transmit buffer

Denial of service in affected Silicon Labs OpenThread SDK releases allows adjacent attackers to reset an RCP through high traffic. The RCP fails to clear its SPI transmit buffer and sends a corrupt packet to the host, which responds by resetting the co-processor. Exploitation requires adjacent access sufficient to create high Thread traffic against an SPI-connected RCP, and the documented consequence is a temporary service interruption rather than data exposure or modification.
