CVE-2025-23289

Local information disclosure via proxy log leakage

Published Jul 31, 2025 · Updated Aug 1, 2025

Sensitive-data exposure in NVIDIA Omniverse Launcher 1.9.18 and earlier allows local users to read information written through proxy servers. The launcher logging path records sensitive proxy-mediated information in local log files instead of excluding it from diagnostic output. Exploitation requires low-privilege local access to the affected user's logs and exposes their contents without enabling modification or service interruption.
