TOCTOU race condition in NVIDIA GPU Display Driver R575 allows local users to escalate privileges through the Linux or Solaris .run installer. NVIDIA has not disclosed the affected installer operation or resource whose state changes between validation and privileged use. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and winning the race, enabling elevated code execution, protected-data reads or writes, or service interruption.
