CVE-2025-23277

Memory disclosure and tampering via out-of-bounds access

Published Aug 2, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026

Out-of-bounds memory access in NVIDIA GPU Display Driver R575 allows local users to tamper with or disclose data or interrupt service. The kernel-mode driver permits access beyond the memory boundaries enforced during normal use, but NVIDIA has not disclosed the affected routine or input path. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and user interaction; consequences are limited to data tampering, information disclosure, or service interruption.
