Host file overwrite via update-ldcache symlink following

Link following in the update-ldcache hook in NVIDIA Container Toolkit 1.17.7 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to overwrite host files. The hook runs the host ldconfig binary against a container root without sandboxing, allowing crafted symlinks and procfs paths to resolve outside that root. Exploitation requires permission to launch a crafted GPU container; releases before 1.17.5 are exposed only when CDI mode is enabled, and successful writes can tamper with host data or interrupt services.
