Code execution via ELF filename-size integer overflow

Integer overflow in NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit before 12.9 allows attackers to execute code by supplying a malformed fatbin file to cuobjdump. The .nv_debug_source parser sign-extends an attacker-controlled filename size, increments it into an overflow, and passes inconsistent values to memory-copy operations, producing a controlled buffer underwrite. Execution requires a user to run cuobjdump on the crafted file; corrupted adjacent pointers can run code with that user's privileges.
