Question-quota manipulation via missing authorization check

Business logic error in Super AI Brain Springboot OpenAI ChatGPT e84f6f5 allows remote authenticated users to alter question quotas via its API. MngController.updateQuestionCou accepts caller-supplied user IDs and a nonnegative quota, then delegates the update without checking an administrative role. Any account that can reach the endpoint can increase its own or selected users' permitted question counts, bypassing consumption limits.
