SSRF and denial of service in Fedify 1.0.13, 1.1.10, 1.2.10, and 1.3.3 allow remote attackers to reach internal URLs or hang servers. lookupWebFingerInternal follows attacker-controlled Location headers in an unbounded while loop without validating each destination or enforcing protocol consistency. Exploitation requires a malicious federated actor object whose ID reaches getActorHandle or lookupObject; the resulting requests can probe internal resources or indefinitely consume server resources.
