Unauthenticated internal API access via proxy self-tunneling

Authentication bypass in mitmweb before 11.1.2 allows remote attackers on the local network to access its loopback-bound internal API. The proxy listener accepts requests targeting 127.0.0.1:8081 and forwards them to API handlers that perform no request authentication. With the default block_global setting, exploitation requires local-network reachability and grants the API access available to a local client.
