OIDC trust manipulation via disabled TLS verification

Improper certificate validation in AWS CDK before 2.177.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to influence IAM OIDC provider trust. The IAM OIDC custom resource handler calls tls.connect for CA thumbprint retrieval with rejectUnauthorized set to false, so its Lambda accepts certificates outside the trusted CA set. Exploitation requires a CDK user to supply the issuer URL and an attacker to intercept the Lambda's TLS connection; the bounded result is manipulation of the thumbprint used to establish OIDC trust.
