Stored script execution via unencoded display names

Stored XSS in LibreNMS 24.9.0 through 24.10.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through a device display name. Application and port views insert the stored device display name into generated HTML without consistently encoding or stripping tags. A low-privileged account must edit a device and a user must then open or interact with an affected view, enabling browser-context data access or actions.
