Local service interruption via inaccessible VF reset register

Improper Xe GT reset handling in Linux allows local users to interrupt service by triggering a reset from a virtual function. The Xe GT reset worker sends a full reset through GDRST even though an SR-IOV virtual function cannot access that register, producing a warning in xe_gt_sriov_vf_write32. Reachability requires an Intel Xe virtual function and either a driver-detected hang or privileged access to the force_reset debugfs entry; the reported consequence is availability loss during reset processing.
