Kernel disclosure and crash via payload over-read

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel Venus HFI parser allows local users to disclose kernel memory through malformed video input. When words_count reaches the final payload word, property parsers advance data beyond the remaining buffer instead of tracking bytes consumed. Access to a Qualcomm Venus video device is required; the over-read can expose adjacent kernel memory and cause a kernel oops or video-pipeline hang.
