Service interruption via bundled io_uring network sends

A denial-of-service flaw in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt system service through io_uring network bundled sends. The io_uring send path passes a bundled-send request to io_req_post_cqe(), although that helper is reserved for requests permitted to post multiple completion queue entries.
