Code injection in CGM CLININET before 2025.MS1 allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to execute arbitrary code via CopyCounter. The Print.pl service's uhcPrintServerPrint function fails to control code generation from the untrusted CopyCounter parameter. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied code in the service context, but reachability is limited to an adjacent network.
