Authenticated remote code execution
Published Jun 18, 2025 · Updated Jun 23, 2025
Remote code execution in Veeam Backup & Replication 12.3.1.1139 and earlier version 12 builds allows remote authenticated users to execute code. Veeam has not published the affected component or the operation that mishandles untrusted input, so the code-level mechanism remains undisclosed. Exploitation requires a domain account and a domain-joined backup server, and successful attacks run code on that server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
