Local privilege escalation via repeated NPU stream teardown

Double free in the NPU of Samsung Exynos mobile processors allows local users to escalate privileges through repeated stream ioctls. The __vb_queue_stop function frees q->format.formats during stream-off without preventing the same allocation from being freed again. Low-privileged access to the NPU ioctl interface is required, and successful exploitation elevates the attacker's privileges.
