Device crash via unchecked NPU fence dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the NPU of Samsung Exynos 1280, 1380, 1480, 2200, and 2400 allows local users to crash the device. After an output-fence descriptor is replaced with another file type, npu_dma_fence_to_sync_pt dereferences the resulting NULL fence without checking it. An untrusted app can reach the NPU driver through ioctl calls; malformed VS4L_VERTEXIOC_BOOTUP types can also time out the NPU firmware watchdog and crash the application processor.
