Application crash via zero attribute-name length

Out-of-bounds read in HDF5 1.14.6 allows local users to crash applications that decode a malformed file's attribute metadata. H5O__attr_decode accepts a zero recorded name length and subtracts one before passing the result to H5MM_strndup, producing an oversized read. The flaw requires local access and processing of attacker-controlled HDF5 data; the public h5dump reproducer terminates under AddressSanitizer.
