Path traversal via drive-name normalization

Path traversal in Node.js on Windows allows local users to reach unintended filesystem locations through crafted path.join input. The win32 normalization logic can remove parent-directory segments and return a drive-qualified tail without preserving its relative form. Applications must pass attacker-controlled path segments to path.join; resulting file exposure or modification depends on the subsequent filesystem operation.
