Permission bypass via exposed InternalWorker constructor

Permission bypass in Node.js 20, 22, and 23 allows local users to escape --permission restrictions through an internal worker. The diagnostics_channel worker-created event exposes an InternalWorker instance, allowing its constructor to be retrieved and invoked without the permission check. Reachability requires attacker-controlled JavaScript inside a process started with --permission; the bypass permits unauthorized data access and modification.
