Unauthenticated network requests via undisclosed input handling
Published Jan 14, 2025 · Updated Jan 14, 2025
Server-side request forgery in Veeam Backup for Microsoft Azure 7.1.0.22 and earlier allows remote attackers to send unauthorized requests. Veeam has not published the affected request handler or how it accepts and forwards an attacker-controlled destination. No authentication is required, and successful exploitation can enumerate resources reachable from the backup appliance or facilitate follow-on attacks.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
